A small group of christians met in homes.
The group purchased a building on South Street in the '60s.
The present building at west 12th and Laird was built in 1969.
The parsonage at 2324 Home Street was built in 1972.
The fellowship hall was built in 1996.
The congregation presently has 2 elders and 6 deacons.
