What To Expect

On Sunday morning various men in the congregation lead the worship in singing, prayers, and a short meditation at the Lord’s Table. We do not follow a printed liturgy, read scripted prayers, or recite memorized phrases. All our singing is congregational and without accompaniment, with everyone encouraged to add to the harmony by participating in “teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in [our] hearts to God.” (Colossians 3: 16 ESV)  Communion emblems are passed among the congregation. All Christians (including visitors) are invited to partake. We do not pass an offering plate. There is a receptacle for members to give funds in support of the work of the church and its missions.
